How to Purchase Navicat Software Maintenance?

Every purchase of a Navicat perpetual license or upgrade license automatically includes a 1-year software maintenance plan. You also have the option to purchase an additional one or two years of coverage at the time of your initial purchase.

If you wish to renew your existing plan to extend your protection, log in to your Navicat Customer Center, navigate to the “Perpetual License” > “Upgrade” section, find "Renew Maintenance," and place your order. Please note, an active software maintenance is required to access perks such as free major version upgrades, license management, and technical support.

Customers who fail to renew their Maintenance Plan before the expiration date will be unable to renew the plan until the next version upgrade is available, then purchase software maintenance with the upgrade license.
