When is the start date and end date for the software maintenance subscription?

The start date of your software maintenance subscription is always the date which you bought the software license. We give a 90-day allowance period to customer to consider whether there is a need to buy the software maintenance for their license.

Even though if the subscription of software maintenance is made on the last day of the allowance period (i.e the 90th day after your purchase), the start date of your maintenance subscription will still be date back to your license purchase date, and extends for a period of exactly 12 , 24 or 36 months, depending on whether you purchase the 1 year, 2-year or 3-year option.
