Is the subscription to Maintenance Plan mandatory?

Subscription to our software maintenance is not mandatory. However, we do ask for your consideration as subscribing to the Software Maintenance Plan not only allows you to receive priority email support, but also help you saving your cost on acquiring the latest version of Navicat.

An Upgrade License of Navicat costs 50% of the product price, while price of Software Maintenance is as low as 25% of the product price, allowing you to get free major software release without any additional cost.
