This article describes how to set up the AI ​​Assistant using Alibaba Qwen.

Obtain API Key for Alibaba Qwen

1. Log in the Alibaba Cloud Model Studio console.
2. Navigate to the API-Key page.
3. Click Create My API Key to generate a new key.

Configure AI Assistant in Navicat

1. In the menu bar, choose Tools -> Options.
2. Select AI and check Enable AI Assistant.
3. Click + and select Alibaba Qwen.
4. Enter the name of the AI Assistant in AI Assistant Name.
5. Enter the API host address in API Host.
6. Insert the generated key into API Key.
7. Choose the model you want to use.
8. Adjust the randomness of the generated output by AI Assistant in Temperature.
9. Enter the instruction to set the tone and rules for the conversation.
10. Click Test Connection to check the settings.
11. Click OK to save the changes.
