If you lost your backup code, you can revoke it in Navicat Cloud Portal:

  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal.
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner to open the account menu.
  3. Click "Account Settings" and go to "Security".
  4. Under the "Two-step Verification" > "Backup Code", click "View".
  5. Enter the password of your Navicat ID and verification code as requested and you will be able to see your Backup Code.
