How do I disable two-step verification?

To disable two-step verification on your Navicat Cloud account:

  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal.
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner to open the account menu.
  3. Click "Account Settings" and go to "Security".
  4. Under the "Two-step Verification" section, click "Disable Two-step Verification".
  5. Enter the password of your Navicat ID and verification code from your authenticator app or sent to your email.
  6. Click "Confirm".
  7. You will see "Two-step verification is disabled!" on your screen. Click "Done" to return to Navicat Cloud Portal.
