How do I disable two-step verification?

To disable two-step verification on your Navicat ID:

  1. Log in to Navicat Customer Center.
  2. Go to “Security”
  3. Under the Two-step verification section, click "Disable two-step verification". And you will be redirected to the Navicat Cloud Portal.
  4. Enter the password of your Navicat ID and verification code from your authenticator app or sent to your email.
  5. Click "Confirm".
  6. You will see "Two-step verification is disabled!" on your screen. Click "Done" to return to Navicat Cloud Portal.
