I lost my backup code, how do I revoke it?

If you lost your backup code, you can revoke it in Navicat Customer Center / Navicat Cloud Portal:
Revoke through Navicat Customer Center:
- Sign in to Navicat Customer Center / Navicat Cloud Portal.
- Go to "Security".
- Under the "Two-step Verification" > "Backup Code", click "View".
- You will be re-directed to the Navicat Cloud Portal. For security reason, pleases enter your password and verification again as requested and you will be able to see your Backup Code.
Revoke through Navicat Cloud Portal:
- Sign into Navicat Cloud Portal.
- Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner to open the account menu.
- Click "Account Settings" and go to "Security".
- Under the "Two-step Verification" > "Backup Code", click "View".
- Enter the password of your Navicat ID and verification code as requested, and you will be able to see your Backup Code.
