I lost my backup code, how do I revoke it?

If you lost your backup code, you can revoke it in Navicat Subscription Portal / Navicat Cloud Portal:
- Click I need help after you sign into Navicat Subscription Portal / Navicat Cloud Portal.
- Click Send backup code and click Send Email
- A new backup code will be sent to the backup email on file.
