To update the billing information:

  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner and go to Account Settings
  3. Click See purchase history / Enter my redeem code under your current plan, and you will be redirected to Navicat Customer Center
  4. In Navicat Customer Center, go to "Subscription" > "Plan Details"
  5. Under "Payment Method", click Update Credit Card Information and follow the instructions from PayPal/Braintree to update the card information.
