To downgrade your plan to the Navicat Cloud Basic Plan:
  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner and go to Account Settings
  3. Click See purchase history / Enter my redeem code under your current plan, and you will be redirected to Navicat Customer Center
  4. In Navicat Customer Center, go to "Subscription" > "Plan Details"
  5. Click Unsubscribe under your Navicat Cloud Pro Plan.
Your plan will be downgraded to the Basic Plan after the Pro Plan period is over. 
 
*Please note that you will only have 150 units available in the basic plan.
