Please follow the below steps to download the receipt/invoice of your Navicat Cloud Pro Plan:

  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner and go to Account Settings
  3. Click See purchase history / Enter my redeem code under your current plan, and you will be redirected to Navicat Customer Center
  4. In Navicat Customer Center, go to "Subscription" > "Recursive Payment"
  5. Click "Receipt"/"Invoice" to download the file
