If you purchased a Monthly/Yearly plan, your Navicat Cloud Pro Plan subscription will auto-renew. It will auto-renew every month/year according to the plan you chose.

To find out the next payment date:

  1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal
  2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner and go to Account Settings
  3. Click See purchase history / Enter my redeem code under your current plan, and you will be redirected to Navicat Customer Center
  4. In Navicat Customer Center, go to "Subscription" > "Plan Details"

If you purchased a 1-year redeem code, it will not be renewed automatically. You will need to purchase a new redeem code to renew the plan every year.
