What is Redeem Code?

If you have purchased Navicat Cloud Pro Plan from Navicat Online Store, you will receive a redeem code.

To activate your Navicat Cloud Pro Plan, please follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Navicat Cloud Portal
2. Click on your Navicat ID in the upper-right corner and go to Account Settings
3. Click See purchase history / Enter my redeem code under your current plan, and you will be redirected to Navicat Customer Center
4. In Navicat Customer Center, go to "Subscription" > "Redeem Code"
5. Enter your redeem code then click “Submit”
