I want to change my plan (monthly/yearly), what should I do?

You can only switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription plan. To change your subscription:
- Sign in to Navicat Customer Center
- Go to "Subscription" > “Plan Details”.
- Click “Change Subscription”
- Select the plan that you would like to change to.
- Confirm the New Subscription Plan and pay for the price difference.
If you would like to change from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, please cancel your yearly subscription plan (please click here for the steps to cancel subscription) and subscribe to a monthly plan after the grace period of your yearly plan is over.
