I want to change my plan (monthly/yearly), what should I do?

You can only switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription plan. To change your subscription:

1. Sign in to Navicat Customer Center
2. Go to "Subscription" > “Plan Details”.
3. Click “Change Subscription”
4. Select the plan that you would like to change to.
5. Confirm the New Subscription Plan and pay for the price difference.

If you would like to change from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, please cancel your yearly subscription plan (please click here for the steps to cancel subscription) and subscribe to a monthly plan after the grace period of your yearly plan is over.
