Why can't I back up one of my databases?
updated at
Apply OS: Windows, macOS, Linux
Apply Navicat Product: Navicat for MySQL, Navicat for PostgreSQL, Navicat for SQLite, Navicat for MariaDB, Navicat Premium
Possible reasons are:
-
You do not have the WRITE permission in that folder (subfolder under the Settings Location). We recommend that you check the security settings of this folder.
- The table is corrupted. For MySQL tables, you can try to repair your table in the database. Right-click the table, choose Maintain > Repair Tables. If error message appears after repairing the table, this means that your table is corrupted and thus affects the backup process.
