If you want to perform bi-direction data synchronization in Navicat, you may do the synchronization twice and need to base on your condition to adjust Insert records, Update records or Delete records option in the Options window.

 

Example:

Server A and Server B

  1. First, synchronize A to B (only Insert records and Update records), so that B contains records in A
  2. Second, synchronize B to A (only Insert records), add those records exist in B but not in A to A
