What SQLite database encryption method does Navicat support?

You can change the encryption algorithm when connecting to an encrypted SQLite database.
- In the connection window, select the Advanced tab.
- Choose Cipher Name.
- Click OK.
Version 15 & 16
Navicat uses wxSQLite3 (128-bit AES) for SQLite encryption. If you have a sqlite3.dll file that supports your encryption method.
Windows
You can replace the sqlite3.dll in Navicat's installation folder (e.g. C:\Program Files\PremiumSoft\Navicat for SQLite\) with it. Then, start Navicat.
macOS
Open Navicat and choose Navicat XXX > Settings from the menu bar. Click the Environment tab and choose the SQLite3 Dynamic Library Path. Then, restart Navicat.
Linux
Open Navicat and choose Tools > Options from the menu bar. Select the Environment section and choose the SQLite3 Dynamic Library Path. Then, restart Navicat.
