ORA-01045: user xxx lacks CREATE SESSION privilege; logon denied

Apply Navicat Product: Navicat for Oracle, Navicat Premium

Solution

Grant CREATE SESSION to the user:

1. Go to User > User
2. Select the user in the list
3. Right-click the user and choose Edit User
4. In the Server Privileges tab, check "CREATE SESSION"
5. Click Save
