Why I receive this error "Oracle library is not loaded" when connecting Oracle servers?

Apply OS: Windows, macOS, Linux

Apply Navicat Product: Navicat for Oracle, Navicat Premium

Please set the oci library path to the Navicat's bundled instant client.

Windows and Linux

1. Choose Tools > Options.
2. Select Environment.
3. Change the OCI library path to the bundled instant client, e.g. C:\Program Files\PremiumSoft\Navicat Premium 17\instantclient_11_2\oci.dll .
4. Restart Navicat.

macOS

1. Choose Navicat XXX > Settings.
2. Select the Environment tab.
3. Enable the Use bundled instant client option.
4. Restart Navicat.
