You can recover your database if you have a backup file (.psc / .psb / .pmb) created by Navicat.

Create a new database with the original name, then you should be able to see the backup file in the Backup’s Object List. Right-click/Control-click it and choose Restore Backup.

* All backup are stored within the database folder under the Settings Save Path/Settings Location.

For Windows to Linux 6.x and Windows to Mac, please implement the steps below:

  1. In Navicat, you can right-click/control-click your backup file then select Extract SQL. Save the extracted SQL to a location.
  2. Create a new database in Linux/Mac version. Right-click/Control-click the database and choose Execute Batch File/Execute SQL File.
