The Import Wizard (on step 7) doesn't allow anything but replacing or inserting data, why?

Solution

In order to activate the remaining options in Step 7 in Import Wizard, you must enable Primary Key in Step 6. Navicat would need primary key in order to locate the record for deletion or update action.

This only applies to situation when you import your data into an existing table.
