Where can I find the ER diagram file?

Apply Navicat Product: Navicat for MySQL, Navicat for PostgreSQL, Navicat for Oracle, Navicat for SQL Server, Navicat for SQLite, Navicat for MariaDB, Navicat for Snowflake, Navicat Premium
Navicat will save the ER Diagram in a .nmodel file under Settings Location. To look for the path, right-click your connection and choose Edit Connection > Advanced tab.
