Why my schedule does not work?

Apply Navicat Product: All
Apply Navicat Version No.: Version 12 or above
Windows
Please notice that passwords must be saved in Connection window before running schedule successfully.
Connection window:
Ensure the Windows account you are using to setup the schedule is the same as the account you used to create the batch job file in Navicat. If you are using different Windows account, then schedule will not being run successfully.
If you set any paths in Navicat to mapped network drives, you need to use UNC paths.
Examples:
- Settings Location of your connection
- Profiles Location in the Options window
- Import file path
- Export file path
- Database File path of SQLite connection

macOS
Please notice that passwords must be saved in Connection window before running schedule successfully.
User must log on the computer to run the schedule, even the computer is sleeping or switching user can run the schedule properly. Also, Navicat must be installed in /Applications or ~/Applications folder.
Linux
Please notice that passwords must be saved in Connection window before running schedule successfully.
